Water flow-through filters are used to improve the quality of water already at the point of its intake, you can come across four types of filters:

• Carbon filter - used to improve the taste and smell of tap water
• Resin filter - reduces the amount of salt, calcium and magnesium in water, thus protecting household appliances from harmful scale
• Polypropylene filter - removes mechanical impurities such as sand, gravel and rust.
